Acura Co provides a comprehensive medical invoicing service for both inpatient and outpatient billings. Using ECLIPSE software, all billings are processed within 48 hours, and are paid directly into the practitioner's or practice's bank account. Have confidence knowing your billings are handled quickly and professionally, with charges only applied to payments received.

ABOUT US

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1

Complete the Doctor registration form to set you up within our system and/or the Health Funds. We can also assist in organising a new provider number if required

Step 2

Doctors send through their billings and Acura co will process these within 48 hours through ECLIPSE or directly to the third party (such as DVA/TAC)

Step 3

All payments received from the health funds, third parties and/or patients are transferred directly into the doctor’s bank accounts.

Step 4

Outstanding payments are followed up with the health fund, third party and/or patient

Step 5

Monthly reports are presented to the doctor to provide a clear understanding of what has been billed, paid and currently outstanding. Acura Co provides a monthly invoice to reflect this
